2025-01-03	Ja*****	Doesn't deserve 1 star. Absolute dud. Do not recommend. Customer service is a joke. After 4 months, stopped working. No reason whatsover. Can no longer connect to wifi and does not revert back to traditonal hws if wifi not working. So I now have no hot water whatsoever. Please take this as a warning don't make the same mistake I did.

2024-05-20	Am*****	App works. Getting messages that the water heater did not respond and to check wifi. Wifi is fine. Cannot pair water heater with wifi. Also wifi can only be less than 2.5 GHz. I would not recommend buying a thermann water heater.
