Not at all user friendly. We've had problems getting the sound to work right every time we've used the app. The "Help" section was no help. This app and my calendar are both on the phone. When I look at the calendar to schedule the next appointment it kicks me out of this app so I have to log in and join the meeting again. I can't go through the app to log on, I have to click the link in the text invite, then it hangs up until the meeting starts, then it have to go in through the app.
