Whether you're preparing to quit, ready to quit now, or continuing your quit journey, the app offers customizable support features. Recent reviews

I'm doing better on my own, finding the app annoying, eg just got a message about the morning at 2 in the afternoon and getting messages at very random times through the night when I'm asleep. Good concept, poorly executed.
