If the app actually worked it would be good. The problem is it only works 6 out of every 10 times. The other four will result in the manager being called over, a long delay while everyone behind you gets mad, or you can do like I did today, say nothing and pay full price. You are probably better off just shopping at Walmart and just getting cheaper prices right from the start. I'm likely to remove the app after today. It causes more irritation than money savings.

App is not always accessible when shopping. Does not always update rewards when used at checkout. This is not necessarily about app, but i think that because app and rewards are relatively new, store associates especially cashiers should ask, do u have the pig rewards app. Or will I be using your rewards app today. Until customers become more familiar with app n rewards. Customer finds out purchasing feature items that they cannot go back n receive discount.
