The Neatify Team Partner

The Neatify Team Partner is an internal application designed for authorized Neatify service staff to manage and complete assigned cleaning service tasks efficiently.

This application is intended for company staff members only. Accounts are created and managed by the Neatify administration team.

• Secure staff login using company credentials
• Optional biometric or fingerprint authentication after first login
• View assigned service tasks in real time
• Access customer details including name, phone number, email address, and service location
• Navigate to customer location using Google Maps
• Upload before and after service photos as proof of completed work
• Track and update service completion status

How It Works

Staff members receive service assignments from the admin dashboard. Once a task is assigned, the details appear in the staff dashboard within the app.

Each service task contains the customer's information and service location. Staff can use the built-in navigation button to open Google Maps and travel to the service location.

Before starting and after completing the cleaning service, staff members upload images to confirm the work has been completed.

Security and Access

• Access is restricted to authorized staff accounts only
• Staff accounts are created and controlled by administrators
• Login credentials are provided internally by the company
• All data is securely transmitted using encrypted connections
• No advertisements are shown inside the app
