I have already clicked stairs use including level for both pickup and drop off point. I have clicked 2 manpower. 1 driver and 1 helper. Then proceed to payment.When the driver came to pickup point, the driver called me that I didn't clicked for stair carry. I said there is no statement said that I need to click stair carry and the CS call me to pay and put blame on me. Don't download this app.

2024-09-21	ie*****	Poor service and poor accountability company. My order was cancelled due to no driver. Nowhere in the apps to see the refund progress. The refund status need to ask directly from them. For my particular case, the refund took almost one month (and counting). I couldn't remember encounter any company took this long for refund process to complete. File a police report and complaint to kpdnkk. Hopefully, this help them to improve their service and transparency.
