This app used to be brilliant, but the company went bust and since then its total and utter rubbish ,there is no number to call them ,they don't respond to emails, it's a joke

Worked fine when I got it installed. But like others I have to turn the heating on manually. So deffo time to get rid paying for system and it doesn't work and from the reviews I've read the company don't give a monkeys either.

Worthless, it worked for about a month and since then, nothing. Even before the company went belly up, they didn't want to know about any issues we had with the app. Utterly useless.

I've had the hub controller since day 1. Found it great as an OAP I could set the times to schedule on / off from the sofa. Ah but since the company went bust and this new company have taken over (Energy Guard) the app won't work. Have tried the reset many many times but no joy. Very disappointed. Can still use the hub but has to be physically operated which defeated the purpose of originally being operated via the APP. 😕

Same issue as Robert Marshall, the app won't connect to hub anymore so cannot control home heating remotely. I have already clicked many times on the warning triangle appearing on app but have not been contacted about resolving this important issue.

Constant warning ⚠️ sign on app that doesn't work not matter how many times u reboot or reset and customer service is am absolutely disgrace paying for a service they don't supply this is a nightmare since this company took over never had one problem with the app until this company took over HUB time to get rid of it

I have the hub controller a while now. It was good at the start but unfortunately the app/WiFi to the hub is constantly showing a warning triangle and the app won't connect to the hub and allow me to use it even thought that hub itself shows that it is connected to my network. I constantly reboot the hub, forget the network,and reconnect just to be able to use the app. All of my other WiFi devices work of the same network with no issues. I've had replacements but still the same. Time to get rid

Has a habit of turning itself on for the night when you're tucked up asleep. Just woke up to 27°(not the first time) and very little oil left in the tank. Find a better app/product, I know I'm going to delete this app right now and do without rather than trust it again. -⭐️

Great concept. Poor execution. Little updating. Very finicky and time consuming to set. No way to save summer, autumn and winter usages. All has to be adjusted individually and then reset through the seasons. Also, no way to cut and paste usage patterns from one day to the next. Everything has to be adjusted individually. Please overhaul soon or I am taking out the controller and deleting the app. Is there any update on these user issues?

The iPhone version of this app is much better in terms of easily setting schedules. Update- app is now flakey and unreliable. Never shows up to date info and doesn't send instructions to the hub anymore.
