The Horizon - HRT & TRT

The Horizon is a hormone-intelligence platform for people on HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) and TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy). Two purpose-built portals, one app — your labs, your cycle, your protocol, your performance, all in one place.

WHAT THE APP DOES

- Lab interpretation. Enter results from any lab draw — Estradiol, Testosterone, Progesterone, SHBG, Free T, Thyroid panel, and many more. Get plain-English reads, biomarker priority sorting, and severity-coded alerts. Track trends across panels. Switch between US (ng/dL, pg/mL) and SI (nmol/L, pmol/L) units.

- Protocol stacks. Build named stacks of medications, peptides, and supplements. Cycle them, schedule them, log doses against the body map. Reconstitution calculator for peptides shows concentration, volume per dose, syringe units, and doses per vial.

- Cycle tracking (HRT). Tap-to-mark period days on a multi-month calendar. Stage-aware predictions for next period, ovulation, and fertility window. Optional period reminders at predicted dates.

- Fitness tracking (TRT). Workouts, body composition (weight, body-fat %, lean mass, waist), recovery (HRV, sleep, perceived load). My Fitness composite score on the Home tab.

- Diet integration. Hormonal/metabolic nutrition signal — protein targets derived from your body weight and gender, meal quality scoring, optional intermittent fasting window.

- Performance scoring. Per-axis tile reads on the Performance tab — training load, strength trends, recovery quality, anabolic environment, energy stability, stress load, metabolic flexibility.

- Today's State. Composite vitality score on the Home tab. Maps your check-in scales, recent labs, and (for HRT) cycle phase into one of six states — Optimized, High Readiness, Adaptive, Recovering, Strained, or Baseline — with a targeted one-line action tied to your weakest contributor.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

Your data is yours. Encrypted in transit, encrypted at rest. We never sell it, never share it with advertisers, and never use it to train external models. You can delete your account and all associated data in one tap from Settings.

The Horizon is a tracking and intelligence app — it is NOT a substitute for medical care. We are NOT a healthcare provider. We do not prescribe, dispense, or recommend medications, peptides, or any controlled substance. The app helps you organize and interpret information that you obtain from your own licensed clinician. Always talk to your doctor before starting, stopping, or changing any therapy. You must be 18 or older to use The Horizon.
