Gutter IQ

Gutter IQ is gutter estimating software for seamless gutter contractors. Measure a roofline from satellite imagery without a ladder, match the customer's existing gutter color on your phone, and send a branded PDF gutter quote before you leave the driveway.

Built for gutter installation companies, not adapted from generic contractor software.

MEASURE GUTTERS WITHOUT A LADDER
- Pull up any property and trace the roofline from satellite imagery
- Get gutter footage along every eave, plus corners and downspout counts
- Gutter measurements save to the job, so no repeat trips and no guesswork
- Estimate 5 inch and 6 inch K-style, half round and box gutter jobs from the same measurement

MATCH THE GUTTER COLOR ON SITE
- Browse the standard seamless gutter color palette, with supplier availability, on your phone
- Or photograph the existing gutter and Gutter IQ ranks the closest matching colors
- The chosen color attaches to the job and prints on the gutter estimate, so the swatch book stays in the truck

GUTTER COIL CALCULATOR
- Work out how much coil a gutter job needs, by gutter size and material
- Aluminum, steel and copper, with published weights per foot
- Stop over ordering coil and stop running short mid install

GUTTER ESTIMATES AND QUOTES
- Line item gutter estimates that pull quantities straight from your measurements
- Save templates for your common gutter jobs and reuse them in seconds
- Generate clean, branded PDF gutter quotes with your logo, photos and signature block
- Send for e-signature and get the signed copy back on the job
- Build material order worksheets for gutter, downspout, hangers and leaf guard, and send them to any supplier

GUTTER CONTRACTOR CRM
- Full customer database with jobs, photos, documents and notes
- Visual pipeline: move gutter jobs from Lead through Quote Sent, Approved, Installed and Paid
- Tasks, reminders and a built in calendar for gutter installs and service calls
- Photo reports, contracts and e-signature

- Track job expenses and see profit on every gutter job

FRONT DESK: YOUR BUSINESS PHONE LINE
- A real business phone number for your gutter company, separate from your cell
- A shared call log your whole crew can see, and texting from a number that is not your personal phone
- Turn on the AI receptionist and she answers when you are on a ladder or driving. She knows your services, your hours and your service area, books gutter estimates straight onto your calendar, and takes a message when the caller needs a person
- Both sides are told the call is recorded, and recording can be switched off

TAX CENTRAL FOR GUTTER BUSINESSES
- Track business expenses by job and by IRS Schedule C category
- Scan a receipt with your camera and let it fill in the details
- Collect a W-9 from every subcontractor you pay and keep it on file, encrypted, shown only as the last four digits

WORK AS A CREW
- Your gutter jobs sync securely across every device in the company
- Invite installers and office staff to share customers, templates and documents
- Everything backed up automatically

Color matching is a decision aid. Screens and cameras are not color calibrated, so confirm the final color against a physical manufacturer chip before ordering material.
