Comfy is a free emotional well-being app for young people aged 12 to 18.

Created to be a safe, accessible, and judgment-free space, Comfy helps you better understand your emotions, develop self-esteem, and find healthy ways to cope with stress, anxiety, and the challenges of daily life.

On Comfy, you can explore interactive content and, when needed, speak confidentially with qualified psychologists via chat.

Who is it for?

Comfy was developed with mental health professionals and follows principles of safety, confidentiality and protection of minors.

About the project
Comfy is developed by the MOCES association and is part of the Zona De(s)conforto project, funded by Portugal Inovação Social and implemented in a pilot program in the Municipality of Olhão.
