The Class is something I've been looking for the past several years. I love the intention of the classes, the music is superb and I feel like I'm connecting to like minded souls. I highly recommend signing up if you have ever done Tracey Anderson, yoga, dance, pilates or are looking for something new. I balance it out with jogging and 2xs a week crossfit to get heavier weights in. I love love love The Class.
