Vibecode Retail Assistant is the ideal omni-channel app for efficiently managing e-commerce order fulfillment, both from stores and central warehouses.

Thanks to automatically generated picking lists based on cart contents, orders are split into picking lists, which are assigned to individual stores or warehouses based on priority, product availability, shipping destination, or the selected store for pickup.

With Vibecode Retail Assistant, stores can be organized into clusters to manage shipments more efficiently. Through internal transfers, products can be sent to a central HUB, which will then prepare a single shipment to the customer. For in-store pickups, products will be transferred to the pickup store if they are not already available.

Picking lists are assigned to one of four sections of the app:

To Be Picked: Contains picking lists for which product availability needs to be confirmed.
To Do: Contains picking lists that have received automatic authorization for fulfillment.
Customer Pickup: Contains picking lists for items to be picked up by the customer in-store.
On Hold: These are picking lists waiting for the products to be received.
