The Blue Alliance is widely loved as the essential FRC info hub, with strong event coverage and past-season data. Users praise improved event navigation and alliance visuals, and the app’s usefulness in-stadiums. However, a major UI rewrite has sparked broad frustration due to lost features, poorer navigation to team pages and cross-event data, and missing ranking/statistics. Data updates are also inconsistent, with events and stats not always current.

Pros

Major UI overhaul removed or buried features and worsened navigation, including difficulty viewing team pages and cross-event data.

Update from previous review: Thank you for the changes! It's a lot better now that you can access teams from alliances and the blue is back. This newer version seems to have a lot fewer issues than the old TBA. A suggestion I have is maybe having a section for each team that season that has a breakdown of where they got the district RPs from. Also the ability to play match videos (thumbnail thing) without having to leave the app on Android would be nice
