Access Rio Observations

The main functionality of the application is to electronically record medical observations for a patient. An observation can cover physical observations and assessment forms.
Physical observations collected will be displayed on a NEWS2 chart and a Early Warning Score is calculated and displayed for the patient.
The mobile application is capable of working offline, primarily to allow staff to capture observations electronically wherever they are in a hospital setting where internet connections and be varied.
