The app is very slow, the calendar is clunky, and it often takes forever just to open. It's 2025, and it seems the AA has made a conscious decision to force this poorly designed app on its instructors. Their refusal to make improvements, despite all the negative feedback, is indicative of the company's wider disregard for its instructors. I wish someone had told me how the AA treats its instructors before I joined.
