2023-01-31	Al*****	App has great fitness classes like HIIT band and loading movement training. App is very easy to use and understand my heart rate. The instructor has such a passion and energy for what they do. I can say honestly say that ever since joining.. I have felt mentally and physically stronger.

2022-12-12	Pa*****	I enjoy workouts on The Spott and having the trainer, community, heart rate and training zones in one place, on one screen. I know it's helpful for trainers to plan sessions. As a client, I can exercise relative to my own heart rate, confirm when I'm maxed out and have a good excuse for a longer recovery when my heart rate remains high. I am grateful for that!
