2024-04-30	Jo*****	Great tasting recipes, simple enough to make without using dozens of spices in each. Also introduces a great number of dishes from the many regional cusines of India. My limited experience is mostly North Indian, the expanding diversity I am discovering is exciting. The more I know, the more I love cooking and eating Indian food. And mostly it's so economical, just don't use spices from an American grocery store, yikes!
