Took ages to get everything working, and customer services weren't overly helpful. I love the idea, and the things that do work are fab. I bought this watch mainly for the GPS feature but that is the part that doesn't work properly. My son was literally around the corner from my house, he didn't even leave the street we live on and the app showed him 15 mins away. This inaccuracy happens daily. Also be aware the website only shows the 5* reviews, they must not show the lower star reviews.

I get zero notifications if a 'wechat' message is sent from the watch. Having to open the app to look isn't acceptable. Send a 'wechat' to the watch and it bings but doesn't show the message. Try a video call from phone to watch, answer on watch, phone continues to say waiting to be answered. When the whole point of this is around giving kids an introduction to this kind of tech they HAVE to be able to trust that a message sent to a parent will be seen, and they can see the response! Terrible
