User Reviews

Reviewers consistently praise the high-quality, broad course content, but the Android app is plagued by stability and usability problems. Frequent crashes, unresponsive UI, and a broken home screen hinder use. Download management and offline access are poor, with hidden storage and SD-card limitations. Billing friction (auto-renew charges, pop-ups) and sign-in issues add to frustration. Missing platform features (Android Auto/Android TV) and occasional access problems for purchased content further detract from the overall experience despite strong content.
Pros
  • High-quality, extensive course content with excellent instructors.
  • Broad catalog with diverse topics and strong learning value.
  • Some users report reliable video playback and the ability to track progress.
  • Content is considered better or more worthwhile than typical streaming services (e.g., Netflix/Prime Video).
Cons
  • App instability and poor UX: frequent crashes, unresponsive UI, and nonfunctional home screen.
  • Offline/download issues: downloads stored in hidden folders, difficult to delete, and problems with managing content (including SD-card limitations).
  • Billing and subscription frustrations: auto-renew charges after cancellation, persistent membership prompts, and opaque pricing.
  • Missing platform features: lack of Android Auto support, no Android TV app, and sign-in/login/process issues.
  • Access problems for purchased content and history: some purchased lectures inaccessible or not remembered across sessions.

I've had a great experience with this app - a central place for all my courses. I can download what I need and have had no problem with streaming. It's easy to navigate and use.

fantastic content, they fixed the playback speed adjustment which was my biggest complaint. I love that I can fine tune the playback speed by small increments now. most playback adjustments go by 25%. The only other major feature I'm looking for is a tap to go full screen. right now I have to set my phone to auto rotate, rotate the screen, then disable auto rotate again to keep it that way, and it only lasts until you go back to the menu. 100% worth the minor irritations for the content.
