2023-07-02	Wi*****	I didn't get a receipt until AFTER it expired. Of course my money was taken from my account, that's the only thing that worked. I had to walk around Dallas for an hour because of no notification of where I parked. No email, the text link kept telling me to "try again", until after it expired, then it told me it expired. Do not use on the street or in app, hot garbage all around.

2022-01-06	W.*****	The new update presents major problems. When typing a plate in the search bar, it constantly refreshes as you're typing, and you have to start all over. Edit: problem is persisting and is hindering my ability to do my job. The screen refreshes/goes blank as I'm typing the plate number and reloads the screen, forcing me to retype the plate number--and refreshes once again. It was working fine before the updates.
