SA BOOKING

The SA BOOKING APP is connected to TESISQUARE PLATFORM TMS and allows, for the transport of our finished product: the taking charge, the management of travel events and the management of the successful delivery (POD). The first step will take place by taking charge of the borderò driver, which he can do by typing in the borderò number or by automatically reading the barcode. Subsequently he will affix the acceptance signature and the printout of the PIC will be generated and sent to the TMS. E-mails are simultaneously sent to the carrier and to the recipient, which contain the DDT pdf attachment. Through the DELIVERY MANAGEMENT it will allow you to enter a delivery result at the time of transport. By selecting the single borderò, the driver will validate the delivery (OK, KO or Delivered with reserve) and the signatures of the carrier and the recipient will be affixed. Upon saving, the POD will be sent to the TMS and emails will be sent to the carrier and the recipient, which contain the borderò pdf attachments (single pdf with DDT), PIC and POD.
