User reviews praise Tesco International Calling for cheap rates and ease of use with helpful support. However, reliability is a major problem: calls often don’t connect or the UI disables calling after updates, balances can expire or vanish, and the app can stop working or be incompatible with some devices. Billing problems (duplicate charges, missing confirmations) add further frustration. Overall, cost and usability are positives when it works, but reliability and account stability are frequent concerns.

Recent reviews

Very disappointed. I added credit to my account several times, but my unused balance was later removed as “expired”. I paid for this credit, and it feels unfair that money I added can simply disappear. Expiry rules should be much clearer, with proper warnings before customers lose their balance. This is a poor customer experience and makes users feel they are being treated unfairly. I do not recommend this service.
