Great for companies NOT for employees. This application is great for companies who want to up morale by granting points that can be cashed in at any time as a thank you to their employee. However, word of WARNING: the employee that earned those points is not protected if they are not cashed in days before leaving the current company. The company is given the right to cancel the account and own nothing to the employee. So, yes this is great for morale as long as you're a decent company.
