With the systematic eProcurement solution, the purchasing department gets equipped with a system in place which can issue a formal Purchase requisition to purchase managers to take the necessary action once the requisition is generated.
In our app anyone is able to see the listing, where the all-PR list will be available with its status, ‘created by’ and ‘created at’ details.
Detail page is also available to check all the details you have filled while creating the request along with the material details. We also have an option to search and filter the data as per the requirements.
Request For Quotation:
RFQs are essential for businesses that require a consistent supply of products with set specifications and standard, every time. Therefore, suppliers or service providers that are better organized usually have higher chances of creating a streamlined RFQ that offers the best match to the requirements of an enterprise, every time.
In our app anyone is able to see the listing, where the all RFQ list will be available with its status, ‘created by’ and ‘created at’ details.

Purchase Order:
Purchase Order module of e-procurement application increases efficiency and decreases the possibility of any discrepancies that could arise due to manual entry.

Workflow Management
Procurement workflows are the set of predictable and repetitive tasks in a procure-to-pay process. These workflows handle the responsibility of moving the data and documents involved in a procurement function from one step to the next.
In the workflow management you will be able to approve or return the request step by step.
When 1st level member approves then the request will go to 2nd level member member for approval and so on.
Also, we are showing all the levels added, remarks, attachments in the detail screen.
We also have an option to search and filter the data as per the requirements.
