Temple of Feathers invites you into a mysterious world of ancient Egypt, where golden sands stretch toward towering pyramids and forgotten ruins hide stories of the past. In this atmospheric puzzle adventure, a curious chicken archaeologist explores sacred chambers filled with fragmented images waiting to be restored. Each scene is inspired by Egyptian landscapes, temple walls, desert horizons, and symbolic art, creating a setting that feels timeless and immersive.

In Temple of Feathers, every round presents an image divided into either a 2×2 or 3×3 grid. The pieces are tightly aligned with no gaps, no borders, and no empty pixels between them, forming a seamless composition. However, each tile may be rotated at a 90-degree angle clockwise. Your task is to carefully rotate each section until the full picture is correctly oriented and restored to its original form.

The game consists of ten rounds. The first five rounds use a 2×2 layout, offering a more accessible introduction to the mechanics. The next five rounds increase the challenge with a 3×3 layout, requiring sharper observation and stronger spatial awareness. Every round features a new image, and both the order of the images and the initial rotation of the tiles are randomized, ensuring variety and replay value.

When an image is successfully completed, a green frame briefly appears around the fully restored picture for one second, confirming your success. Immediately after, the next round begins automatically, maintaining a smooth and continuous flow. After all ten rounds are completed, a final screen appears with the message “Done,” along with the total time taken to finish the entire session.

Your best overall time is saved in the records if it improves upon your previous result. Scores are recorded only when a full session is completed. If the game is interrupted, minimized, closed, or exited to the menu before finishing, the result is not saved. This ensures that records accurately reflect completed playthroughs.

When switching to another app, Temple of Feathers automatically pauses and displays a pause window. Upon returning, you must close the pause window to continue. During any dialog window, interaction with puzzle elements is disabled, and multiple taps or overlapping windows are not possible, preserving stability and fairness.
