2026-01-02	J *****	This app and temperature gauge has literally changed my life! It's help me understand my body and get pregnant 3 times! It does everything I want including knowing when I'm awake vs. asleep and seemlessly tracking through waking up and going back to sleep! Much easier and more accurate than trying to remember to take my temperature in the morning the old fashioned way!

2025-12-10	*****	Payment for everything! Greedy company that has a subscription model to use basic features that should be included, especially considering cost of the initial investment. Natural women's reproductive care has historically been inequitable and this further proves it. They're an unethical company that does not believe in ownership, rather, they want us to pay to use their product. I'm well versed in interpreting my charts and am using this solely for BBT purposes. Temperatures are v accurate.

2025-12-04	Am*****	I had high hopes for this app. After BBT tracking orally for a couple month I was looking forward to having something i can wear that I would not need to wake up every morning same time just to take. Well let me just say I've been in my "Fertile window" since Nov 21st. Because I use other tracking devices and did the oral tracking I have the knowledge to know i have already ovulated. I've already contacted CS but because my CM isn't dry they won't update it.

2025-11-07	Ch*****	This is a greedy and insensitive company. I told them we were taking a break from trying because of the emotional toll, but they refused to refund us for a quarterly subscription auto renewal we forgot to cancel.

2025-11-07	Vi*****	I have had temp drop for 2 years and I have absolutely loved every step of the way. However, for some reason recently I can't use the app without having to log in every single time and now I can't even look at my sleep cycle without it glitching. I would give 5 stars if it weren't for these problems recently.

It no longer remembers my login details each day & takes away from the convenience if I have to type in my password each time I want to log something. Considering the high cost of the device & then having to pay for an already slow & laggy app, I'd literally rather go back to tracking fertility on paper. Support have acknowledge, there's an issue, will update once rectified.
