Televo Support

Televo Support is the official customer-service app for existing Televo customers. It is NOT a media player and does not stream, sell or play any content — it is a help and account-management tool.

With Televo Support you can:

- View your account status and expiry date at a glance
- Chat live with our support team and get fast replies
- Open support tickets and track their status and full history
- Browse setup guides for popular devices (Firestick, Android TV, Smart TVs, Apple devices, and more)
- Read troubleshooting tips for common issues like buffering or login problems
- Get push notifications for replies, renewal reminders and service announcements
- Check our live service status and planned-maintenance updates
- Manage your profile, notification settings, and delete your account any time

Signing in is simple and secure: enter the email address from your order and we send you a one-time code — no passwords to remember.

Televo Support is designed only for existing customers who need help with their account. It contains no video player, no channel lists and no purchases inside the app.
