2023-08-23	Om*****	One of the most pathetic services and applications..I assume people at SBI bank during lunch break are more proactive and receptive to customers than this Brds service..Some days I get a MSG that my card has been disabled..when I try to get OTP for recharge I never get it..somedays the cable service is so blur and itchy that I get confused whether my eyes are ok or no then I realise that ohhh I'm using BRDS .. obviously my eyes must be fine..level up your services please..no response for people

2021-11-11	Sa*****	Waste app. There is tussle between cable operator & brds. I paid once through app but operator disconnected my service bcoz he did not receive payment from brds/company. He also de-registered my mobile on this app & still I am unable to log in after a year. How can he do this and how possible unless the app is useless. Operator clearly says - dont install the app.
