2020-11-16	Je*****	Nothing works. Tried to sign up - nothing. Re-downloaded and same issue. Had to have the support team call me and they were nice and signed me up. Then I added my phone number and tried to enter the confirmation code... took 6 attempts because it was randomly auto filling? And if you don't get it right but it auto fills, then they send a new text? Well once I got lucky and figured that out, I tried to add my pet. Put in all the information and the clicked on the add button - nothing.

2020-11-09	Ra*****	Forces you to store CC info without even asking, forces you to enter an email code every sign in, then the consultation just closed before any response. Complete waste of time and horrible interface. I'm going in during Covid instead of using this it is that bad.

2020-09-02	Ci*****	It is the worst app I have EVER tried to work with. Full of glitches and every single time I sent a message, it signed me out and I had to sign in again and type in my email, password, etc etc. Took me hours to get past all the glitches.
