Worst app I have ever seen and It doesn't even work

Although the majority of the app is Russian text, and you can't post pictures or videos like the description says; it's very underrated and I feel it deserves more attention. With a few updates and some polishing, I can see this platform becoming big. I couldn't always be there for my friends, and thanks to Telecapsule I can. Thankyou so much.
