Ap crashes every time I attempt to login. Uninstalled nd installed again and same issue. Worked fine last year but something is wrong this year. Called for support and was told everything was fine.

Website is unusable on mobile, app is unusable on Android. I have completed all fields but can't submit my request through the app because "Error: A map selection is mandatory to Complete your ticket."... Except I've completed every field that was presented to me, including the map. So what am I missing‽
