Teks Academy App has easily understandable features. So that students can hassle-freely access it. Now let us start with how to log in and how to explore each feature.

We have designed this Teks Academy App in such a way that students can enter into the first page in the mobile app with two simple details such as Email ID and Password.

Inside, you can find four main icons namely:

v Your Day

v Contact Us

v My Space

Dashboard:

Dashboard is the place where students can get complete details of the course, they have enrolled in. Even if they have registered for more than one course, it will be displayed on this dashboard.

You will be aware of the course details such as trainer's name, class timings, batch duration, and number of the sections to be conducted. As we get into more details, the student can find the complete curriculum and the topics to be covered.

We also provide the students with recording classes. This is helpful for them if they miss any of the live classes. Also, can get detailed clarity regarding complex concepts. This recording has unlimited access so that you gain in-depth knowledge regarding each topic.

Here we also provided the complete attendance details. You can also know which topic has been conducted on the particular date. Whether the student has present or absent on that day, we provide the respective topic link. Those links are available on the attendance page. Upon clicking those links, it will redirect to the respective recorded videos. This helps the student to watch the video which they have missed.

Apart from this, in this dashboard section you can check the complete batch details overview. Which shows you the batch name, course duration, mode of the training, batch status, total students count, actual sections count etc.

Your Day:

We have designed “Your Day” section in simple look, to make the students easily understand. In this, you can get the details of the class with respective day and date.

Here you will get to know:

· At what time the class is about to start

· You will get to know if the class as cancelled

· Whether class has completed for the day

Contact Us:

This section is useful for the students regarding the queries. We have divided into two sections:

· Head Office Details

· Branch Details

In this we have mentioned the phone number, Email ID, and address. The students can contact if they:

· Need to resolve the occurred issue.

· Need to give any suggestions for our future improvements.

· If they need to discuss a complaint.

Below we have also mentioned our social media platforms namely: What's App, LinkedIn, and Instagram. This makes it easy for students to directly enter into our social media platforms.

My Space:

Now we have entered our last section “My Space”. This section is completely designed for the personal information of the students. After entering into this My Space, on the screen you will find your personal and contact information. My Space is classified into four sections:

· Profile Details.

· Admission Details.

· Course Details.

· Fee Details.

Let us clearly get to know about the sub-sections.

Profile details: Here it will be displayed with guardian, educational, and address details of the students. Here students can cross-check their personal information to see if it is right or wrong.

Admission details: Where students can check out the following details such as.,

· Admission branch name.

· Date of joining.

· Mode of coaching.

· Course package details.

· Validity of the course.

Course Details: This section gives complete information to the students regarding the course they have enrolled in. Additionally, we display the course name, course package details, and complete curriculum of the course.

Fee Details: Here students can get the complete details of the fee they have paid. We provide the admission fee and total fee paid by the students.
