Very poor service, insurances too expensive compared to what we earn from deliveries. They deactivate my insurance in the middle of my delivery just because there was a balance problem which could have been resolved in other ways, and the team support aren't knowledgeable enough to answer

I took insurance policy for work with Uber eats on the 5th December and till now 23rd of December, I am unable to link my insurance to the Uber eats app. Due to this situation, I am unable to work during busy Christmas season. Sent them a lot of messages with screenshots and in some occasions I did get some reply but they are still unable to sort this issue out, leaving me with any work. I am not sure how reliable this service is but I have a very bad experience with them and waist of my money
