Consentway

This app is designed to integrate with the Consentway consent platform. Through it, data subjects will be able to receive requests regarding the use of their personal data and sensitive data, with the possibility of authorizing or denying such uses.

Furthermore, the application allows the holder to notify data controllers or operators, requesting information about the processing of their data, such as the purpose and legal basis used.

The application complies with the guidelines established by the General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law No. 13,709/2018), in particular Art. 18, as well as with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation), in accordance with Art. 15.

The mission of the Consentway application and platform is to guarantee data subjects control and freedom over their own data, ensuring that only authorized entities can access and process it in a transparent and secure manner.
