Went from Pixel 2 XL to Pixel 7 Pro and can't connect it. I put in the admin password and it fails so I have no remote monitoring. Hasn't been the easiest app, I never was able to set up a 2nd device so that my husband could view on his phone so now it's pretty worthless for security. Update: managed to get logged in and the view is no good. Can see two of 4 cameras, it won't display right.

They just lost 4 stars I am using the Wisenet Life App -- first their apps and available videos are limited on telling you how to setup, configure the devices and make that all work real-time to your phone/app. I was using a Pixel 3XL and needed to upgrade to Pixel 7 Pro. The old phone is totally able to access my cameras - but the new phone is cannot see anything using this app. I also check on Apple products and also Samsung galaxy tablet. All work -- but no joy on the Pixel 7 Pro.
