2025-01-26	Se*****	I booked bus ticket from Guwahati to haflong three times through NETWORK TRAVELS app. Money was debited successfully in all three cases, Rs. 598.50 in all three cases. However after successful payment booking was not successful. I tried contacting both the contacted number and email provided. I called counter number. However their response is pathetic. They have taken my money but without providing any ticket. Pathetic service

2024-12-28	Sa*****	Worst experience 😭 from Guwahati to Manipur. Ticket rate varies from person to person. There is no place to keep our luggages... luggages are kept in the middle walking space which makes every passenger inconvenient to come out and get inside.Very horrible 😔😔
