Constant login issues and server problems
Poor support and unhelpful customer service chat
Inability to update or access app features after upgrades
Frequent crashes and unresponsive interface

used to be good until couple of years back ..dont know what happened. always cannot log in. change password also cannot keep saying problem with server. this is why i stop shopping in tang. a frustrating reward program
