Geolocation simply does not work properly. We've wasted so much money on the house being heated while we're away. Support is providing no real answers. I will be returning the radiators if it's not fixed soon.

Not entirely intuitive, and there are some settings I don't know the meaning or purpose of - a glossary and a more comprehensive Help facility would improve it greatly and should be easy to add. But it does the job - on the heating side at least: I'm still waiting for my PV to be installed when I'm guessing the Energy side will become useful. An English version of the Website might provide some useful information to sadly non-German speakers like me, too!
