Its slower and the most annoying part is once you've booked 1 class you have to fully close the app and start again to book your next class because it tells you there is a pending item in your basket, which there isn't. It never remembers your specific centre even if you tick the box. Please fix these bugs!

2023-11-04	So*****	Edit: hasn't worked for a month now. Have deleted/reinstalled many times, nothing. When it works, it's really easy to manage classes & sessions. Rebooking & cancelling are also dead easy. However, at any given time it's a guess whether app will work or glitch. Sometimes it just gets stuck at the loading stage. The screen for your bookings is also far too difficult to keep track of - it has way too much information listed. It would be really good to be able to choose a calendar view or similar.

2023-10-28	Ja*****	Appalling. To book a swimming session, or even to look at the swimming timetable, you need a pin number emailed to you. Why. No other apps have this requirement. And sometimes, in fact a lot of times, the email doesn't arrive for 10-20 minutes. So all that time you can't use the app, and you miss the swimming slot because you couldn't book it. Useless.

2023-03-31	Di*****	As great as the app is and the fact I can access all areas of it, the one main, most important part of the app, the members area, I can't access at all. (An error occurred whilst processing your request). Cleared cache, uninstalled, reinstalled, and still nothing. The Alfreton leisure centre are aware of my issue, was told it will be flagged with IT.

2023-01-20	Je*****	Bit buggy and outdated. You have to enter gender & height/weight in order to sign up, seems unnecessary. Weight/height page also won't let you proceed unless you click a random bit of the screen on the bottom right.. only downloaded it as i was told i needed the app to link up with swimtag, so fingers crossed thats a bit easier!?

When you want a seamless experience that's easy for users of all technical backgrounds for your gym this really isn't it. Having to us the web browser to book is a pain and will put me off Places ultimately. Sort your app out.

This doesn't work so each time you go into the member area to make a booking the app sende you an email with an authentication code which you have to enter. Tedious in the extreme, especially when you have to wait 5 minutes for the email and you then discover the Code has expired

My issue is more basic...having used the app for a week, it has decided that I now need to enter an authentication code every time I want to go to the members area to book a session. Very tedious however now, when I click on area and it says 'enter the code sent to your email'...I get no email so cant enter the area and cant book any sessions. Not usable like this.
