Addressing the technician shortage by matching automotive students and independent technicians with their ideal working environment. Inspired by and created for all skill levels of automotive technicians. Within our platform, participating franchise dealers can search for Technician Connection registered techs (or prospects/technical students) and the technicians/prospects/students can research and seek out their ideal Automotive Dealership environment.



We are a niche recruiting company with a defined focus on Technician and Automotive Dealership relationships.



Enrollment for a technician (or prospecting tech/student) is easy and free. Answering a few simple questions to allow the platform to gain knowledge of the techs ideal working environment- and preferred brand, will unlock a world of dealerships (who are enrolled in Technician Connection) looking for all levels of technical talent. The system is designed to prioritize the best match (both for the dealer and for the tech).



The Technician Connection App will add value to prospecting technicians by:

Saving time on researching potential employers
Discover dealerships hiring for technical positions
Allowing you to consider Brands or Groups that you might not have thought about

Giving you the ability to search anonymously- unless YOU choose to accept or initiate conversation with a Dealership

Providing views of a variety of “Why Work Here?”- and see what matches the prospecting technicians current wants
