With a fleet of over 585 ambulances, the app facilitates quick and efficient ambulance services operating round-the-clock, ensuring critical patients receive prompt pre-hospital care within the crucial 'Golden Hour' and 'Platinum Ten Minutes'.

Users can easily register on the app, enable GPS, and make emergency calls via a dedicated 108 helpline button. The app transmits the caller's location directly to the Emergency Response Centre, enabling dispatch of the nearest ambulance. Additionally, users receive confirmation with a case ID and can track the ambulance's location, estimated arrival time, and distance on Google Maps. This streamlined system enhances emergency response management and saves lives across Gujarat by making emergency medical care accessible and timely.
