NDEP

NDEP is a comprehensive year-long certificate course designed to train clinic support staff to become skilled Diabetes Educators (DE) using evidence-based clinical data and guidelines tailored for India. The program aims to improve the implementation and coordination of diabetes care by empowering healthcare professionals specialized in counseling people with diabetes.

The course is backed by leading organizations such as the Dr’s Mohan Diabetes Education Academy (DMDEA), Indian Association of Diabetes Educators (IADE), and Indian Medical Associations (IMA). Under the direction of renowned experts Dr. V Mohan, Dr. Shashank Joshi, and Ms. Shilpa Joshi, NDEP is now in its 7th year with over 7,500 certified DEs trained across 145 centers in India, supporting better diabetes management nationwide.
