PhoneShamed: Break the Scroll

You don't have a self-control problem. You have a feedback problem.

Every time you unlock your phone — even for "just a second" — PhoneShamed is watching. And it's not going to let it slide.

HOW IT WORKS
Every single unlock triggers a fullscreen callout showing today's count and a message written to make you feel exactly as bad as you should. No snoozing it away — you have to actually look at the number and tap "I know" to dismiss it. That one second of friction, repeated every time you reach for your phone, is the whole point.

FEATURES

📱 Real-Time Shame Overlay
A fullscreen reminder fires on every unlock — no exceptions, no bypass — with your live daily count and a rotating message from a pool of 60+, so it never gets stale enough to ignore.

🔢 Daily Unlock Counter
See exactly how many times you've picked up your phone today. The number resets each morning and persists even if you restart your device.

🔥 Streak Tracking
Stay under your daily limit and build a streak. Break it, and you start over — the same pressure that makes habit trackers actually work.

📊 Weekly Dashboard
A clean weekly chart shows your unlock pattern at a glance, so you can see whether you're actually improving or just telling yourself you are.

🎯 Custom Daily Goals
Set your own daily unlock limit based on where you're starting from — no one-size-fits-all number.

🗣️ Adjustable Shame Intensity
Choose how hard the app comes at you — from a gentle nudge to full brutal honesty.

📤 Shareable Shame Card
Turn your unlock count and streak into a shareable image card — for accountability, bragging rights, or public humiliation, your call.

🌙 Quiet Hours
Pause the shame overlay during set hours (sleep, work, whatever you need) without turning off tracking.

🔋 Built to Actually Work
Unlike screen-time apps that quietly stop working after an update, PhoneShamed is built to survive reboots, background restrictions, and aggressive battery optimization on Xiaomi, OnePlus, Realme, and other phones known for killing background apps. If your phone is on, PhoneShamed is watching.

WHO IT'S FOR
If you've tried screen-time limits, app blockers, and grayscale mode and none of it stuck — this is different. PhoneShamed doesn't block anything. It doesn't need to. It just makes sure you can never unlock your phone again without knowing exactly what you're doing.

No excuses. No blind spots. Just the number, every time.

Download PhoneShamed and find out how bad it really is.
