2024-11-13	Wa*****	Placed an order on the app on 5th Nov, waited for almost a week to have the tracking number, checked with J&T tracking site, stated there that they couldn't reached sender, that was on the 10th Nov. Today is 13th Nov and I aint received no shat & no update. The customer service failed terribly. I'm so frustrated coz i thought hey, they have this app, so i dont have to go the physical store to purchase the items i wanted. But instead, they made me wait like an idiot. What a bummer.
