Focused: Screen Time Control

Take your time back from your phone. Focused measures your screen time accurately, then gives you limits, focus sessions and Reels & Shorts controls that actually work. No account, no cloud: everything stays on your phone.

📊 SEE WHERE YOUR TIME GOES
• Today's screen time against your daily goal
• Pickups, notifications, first pickup and late-night use
• Time and opens for every app, with hourly patterns and categories
• Day, week and month stats with clear trends
• History that goes beyond Android's last 10 days
• Focus score, streaks and daily or weekly summaries

⏳ APP LIMITS THAT WORK
• Daily time limit per app or for a group of apps
• Open limit: how many times a day you can open an app
• Session limit: how long you can stay in one go
• Pause before opening: a few calm breaths before a distracting app opens
• Block an app permanently or on a schedule
• Warnings before a limit runs out, and a limited number of "+5 minutes"

🎬 REELS & SHORTS BLOCKER
• Count Reels, Shorts and Spotlight videos and the time you spend on them
• Block only the short-video feed and keep messages, stories and the rest of the app
• Or set a daily limit on videos or minutes
• Take-a-break nudge after a long run of videos
• Works with Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Snapchat; TikTok is limited as a whole app

🎯 FOCUS MODE
• Single, Pomodoro or Deep focus sessions (Deep can't be stopped early)
• Distracting apps stay closed until the timer ends
• Optional Do Not Disturb during focus
• Work hours and bedtime schedules, including overnight
• Quick Settings tile to start focus in one tap

🌐 WEBSITE BLOCKER
• Block or limit sites like youtube.com or reddit.com in Chrome, Firefox, Samsung Internet, Edge, Brave, Opera and other browsers
• Always blocked, a daily limit, or only during focus
• Incognito tabs included

🔒 STRICT MODE
• Rules can be made stricter, never looser, while they are active
• Optional PIN and a few emergency unlocks a day

✨ MORE
• Home-screen widget
• Backup and restore, CSV export of your usage
• Light and dark themes with 10 accent colours
• Available in 18 languages

🔐 PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Focused has no account and no servers. Your usage data is processed on your phone and never leaves it.

ℹ️ PERMISSIONS, EXPLAINED
• Usage access: measures screen time, opens, pickups and notification counts.
• Accessibility service (optional, needed for blocking): detects which app is open so your limits, focus sessions and schedules can be enforced, recognises Reels and Shorts feeds, and reads the address bar of supported browsers to match the websites you add. It does not read what you type, passwords or messages, and nothing is shared. You see a full explanation and agree before it is turned on.
• Notifications and Do Not Disturb (optional): limit warnings, the focus timer and summaries.

Focused is a digital wellbeing tool for teens and adults who want to use their phone on purpose. It is not a parental control app.
