رسوم التوصيل مبالغ فيها خصوصا اذا كان عنوان التوصيل لا يبعد عن المطعم أكثر من ٥ كيلو أقل من ٥ كيلو يفترض تكون مجاني لضمان العملاء ما يلجؤون لطلبات التوصيل الي تخصم نسبة كبيرة جدا من قيمة الطلب مقابل رسوم توصيل ارخص. انا مثلا جيت اطلب من الفرع الي قريب مني بالحي ما يبعد عني ٣ كيلو وطلع لي رسوم توصيل ١٤ ريال وانا متجاوز الحد الادنى للطلب. وكان المجموع مع التوصيل ٧٠ ريال. وطلبت نفس الطلب من تطبيق توصيل ب٤٤ ريال وانا متاكد مليون بالمية انه على المطعم خسارة بسبب الجشع في رسوم التوصيل الغير منطقية.
