BMI (BODY MASS INDEX) is a measurement of a person’s weight with respect to his height and determine your ideal weight range according to your height. BMI calculator gives you an idea of
whether you are “healthy weight”, “underweight”, “overweight” or obese.

🟢 Classification of BMI

• BMI less than 18
If your BMI below 18 that indicates you’re underweight. So you may need to put on some weight and you’re recommended to ask your dietitian for advice.
• BMI between 18-25
If the BMI is between 18-25 that indicates you’re at a healthy weight for your height.
• BMI between 25-29
BMI range between 25-29 indicates that you’re overweight. You’r recommended to ask your dietitian for advice and need to loose some weight.
• BMI over 30
BMI over 30 indicates that you’re extremely overweight and you need to loose your weight as soon as possible and you’re recommended to talk your dietitian.
