2024-08-16	Pa*****	Please let me change my saved credit card. I have to manually enter in my credit card every time because the one saved is expired. It asks me if I want to save the new card, which I agree to, but it doesn't save it and I have to enter my credit card the next time, and so forth. Please fix this. Thanks! 😊

2023-10-17	Sa*****	Last time I got this app to work was a year ago. App always says no stores are open or nearby when they definitely are. When you can get it to work, it doesn't show you the full menu so if you wanted to add syrups or flavors to your drink, you're out of luck.

2023-08-14	Fa*****	Been trying to make this app work for a while now. I ended up having to uninstall and reinstall it, but now I can't even log in because my phone number is taken with no email attached... I absolutely love Teapioca, but this app is making it very difficult for me to get it.

2023-06-17	Br*****	It is broken and has been for a long time. It just says "oops can't find location near you". Search function doesn't work either. It used to work, but even when it did the location closest to me rarely had "order ahead" available, so couldn't get my points for ordering in app, so it was pointless even when it did work, which is a shame because the few times it did work, it made ordering so much easier and pickup more convenient!!
