Vaaradhi

Vaaradhi is a registered society under the Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2001, focused on rehabilitating unemployed youth in Karimnagar District since 2015. Operating from the district's Collectorate, Vaaradhi bridges the gap between jobseekers and employers, facilitating employment opportunities for hundreds of local youths.

Governed by the District Collector as chairman and managed operationally by a Special Grade Deputy Collector, Vaaradhi plays a pivotal role in reducing unemployment by connecting talent with job markets in Karimnagar. This platform fosters community development and supports youth empowerment through employment solutions.
