The core function of momo is shared schedule management, which is a mobile application that allows you to manage schedules for small projects in college and social life such as clubs, student councils, and team members. The core feature is a shared calendar, but it is also designed to be used for personal schedule management, so it can be useful in everyday life even if you do not use the shared calendar feature.

◼︎ Types of calendars
There are two main types of calendars handled by momo.

1. Daily/Weekly/Monthly/To-Do
You can check the schedule by dividing it into four ways: daily, weekly, monthly, and to-do.
* You can navigate through the bottom tab.

2. Individual/Team
There are different types of calendars depending on whether or not you can share your schedule with others.
* By default, there is only one personal calendar, and you can add a team calendar to share your schedule with others by creating a team calendar in the sidebar or inviting them through a link.
* You can check and move the calendar list in the sidebar.


◼︎ Add schedule
1. Add via + button
You can go to the Add Schedule screen by clicking the + button at the bottom right of the calendar. Press the + button to select the type of schedule you want to add between schedule and to-do.
* Schedule: A schedule with a start time and end time.
* To-do: A schedule with only a deadline. The default cutoff time is set to 23:59.

2. Add from calendar
* Monthly: Double-clicking on a date will take you to the schedule addition screen for that date.
* Weekly and Daily: Press and hold the timeline to create a drag box. Move the drag box to the desired time and press the Add button to go to the Add Schedule screen.
* To-do: When you press the + button on the To-do screen, you will go directly to the Add To-do screen without selecting the schedule type.

◼︎ Tags
This is one of momo’s important concepts! All schedules are tagged.

1. When adding a schedule
* On the add schedule screen, the tag at the front is automatically selected. If you do not select a tag, you cannot add a schedule.
* A tag is a category of schedule and is used to classify schedules of the same type. (If you are not familiar with the category concept, you can view it as a color setting.)

2. Tag list
Tag modification and deletion are possible on the tag list screen.
* Click the tag button at the top right of the calendar to go to the tag list screen.
* You can add a new tag through the Add Tag button. When creating a tag, you need to set a name and color.
* If you don't see a color you like in the default palette, click the + button to see a list of additional palettes. All additional colors are available for free.

3. Schedule filtering
It is located at the top of the calendar screen, and you can filter the schedules shown on the calendar through tags.

4. Team Tag
* When a team calendar is added, a team tag with the name of the team is added to the personal calendar.
* The team tag has a schedule set by you as the person in charge of the team, and you can view the team schedule on your personal calendar.

◼︎ Find available times
This is a feature exclusive to the team calendar that does not exist in personal calendars! When you add a “schedule,” you can see the times that a team member does not have a “schedule” (time available).

1. Participant selection
* To use the available time search function, you must select at least one participant when adding a schedule.
* After selecting a participant, press the Find Available Time button to go to the Find Time screen.

2. Find the time
* Unavailable times (times already scheduled) for the selected participant are displayed in purple, and empty spaces represent available times.
* If you press and hold on an empty space, a drag box will be created, and if the drag box overlaps with an unavailable time, you will be able to know who cannot participate.

◼︎ Search
You can search schedules registered in the calendar using the search function.

* Click the magnifying glass button at the top right of the calendar to go to the search screen.
* If you click the tag-shaped button on the right side of the search window, you can set the tag you want to search for in a drop-down format.
* Clicking on the searched schedule will show detailed information about the schedule.

◼︎ Hyperlink
You can add a hyperlink when adding a link on the schedule addition or modification screen.

* If you write a link in the link input box on the schedule addition or modification screen, you can check the added hyperlink on the schedule details screen.
* Click on a hyperlink to go directly to that link.
* It can be useful when sharing non-face-to-face meeting links or document creation links.
